It is the ProtxL Africa (Pty) Ltd, vision and plan to demonstrate by global application in all industries where the common practice of regular oil change on machinery that has been left over from the 1920s can be readily changed to an annual or by-annual oil change with full management of the oil life cycle so industry can meet their Triple Bottom Line responsibilities and contribute to meeting Kyoto Treaty Protocol requirements for the reduced production of used hydrocarbons. Part of the product range is a fuel stabilizer that maintains the Cetane for 7 years and allows a complete burn so reducing exhaust emissions. This reduction of exhaust emissions is substantial in the order of 50% reduction of Nox and will be confirmed by credible, impartial research institutes and in our power station clients.

This vision is best achieved by having PAPL based in Africa and introducing the ProtxL program to a small well governed African country like Botswana where we are working closely with the Ministers to implement the program on a National scale so that Botswana may be the first Country to stand in the UN and claim the prestige (that will be validated by the UN) of leading the world by implementing the new Bench Mark of excellence in managing the machine oil life cycle.

This business is in the form of a product manufacturer, marketing initially to the maritime, power generation and road and rail transport industries but later expanding to embrace all industries requiring lubricating and hydraulic oils, fuel filtration and waste oil management services.
